(1) The regional postal director may give admonition or dismiss the postal representative, distributor and stamp carrier who do not act according to this regulation.
(1A) Before issuing a warning or removing him from service as per sub-rule (1), the postal representative, distributor and stamp carrier shall be given a reasonable opportunity to submit an explanation.
(2) If postal representatives, distributors and postal carriers cause damage to the Government of Nepal or any other person by knowingly negligently or by not following the rules and orders, the Regional Director of Posts may deduct the said loss in whole or in part from the remuneration of the respective postal representatives, distributors and postal carriers.
(3) A postal representative, distributor or postal carrier who is not satisfied with the action taken by the regional postal director in accordance with sub-rule (1) or (2) may appeal to the Director General of the Postal Services Department within thirty-five days.

(4) The Director General of Postal Service Department shall decide on the complaint made under sub-rule (3) within ninety days and his decision regarding such complaint shall be final.
